[VL-Express] English Patch for v1.5
English Patch for VL-Express v1.5 is released today.
* Problem
Characters in VL-Express recording interface are not shown normally
when Chinese OS contains special languages.
* How to patch
1. If run the program, it shows a little window.
2. It has a field for entering VL-Express's installing path (folder) and 'Browse' button which enables a user to select the folder directly. Also it has 'Search' button for automatic searching but it may take some time.
3. If a user selected one of these three ways to specify the path of program, then click 'OK' to patch.
* Note
It will only run in English after patching is completed.
